Welcome to Wasco Independence High School.

It is an honor to serve as the principal of Wasco Independence High School, where we are proud of the outstanding achievements of our students, staff, and community. Our school is a place of growth, exploration, and opportunity, where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Wasco Independence High School strongly supports the WUHSD vision, which is to empower all students through educational excellence. We believe in fostering a safe, inclusive environment where academic excellence, creativity, and leadership are acknowledged. As an alternative education high school, WIHS provides numerous opportunities for our students to receive a well-rounded education. WIHS offers the core subjects of English, Math, Science, and History but it also offers a host of elective courses such as Music, Art, Personal Finance, Leadership, and a CTE pathway in Multimedia.

Finally, I am deeply grateful to our dedicated faculty, staff, and parents who provide unwavering support to our students, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. Together, we are building a foundation for lifelong learning and success.
